      研究蛹虫草的抗氧化性、热稳定性和归经作用,测定蛹虫草的SOD活力和总抗氧化力。将20名志愿者分为两组,分别每日服用蛹虫草片(1 g)和SOD蛹虫草片(蛹虫草片1 g、SOD片1 g),连续服用14 d,记录左右两侧的肾经、肺经、脾经和肝经经络电压的变化。结果表明:蛹虫草的SOD活力和抗氧化能力很强,且耐高温,性质稳定。受试者服用蛹虫草片和SOD蛹虫草片主要表现在对肾经的影响,减少肾经的氧化应激水平,研究结果与已报道的蛹虫草的功效基本吻合。
英文摘要:
      In order to research anti-oxidative capacity, thermal stability of Cordyceps militaris and its channel tropism, SOD activity and total antioxidant capacity of Cordyceps militaris were studied. 20 subjects were recruited and randomized into 1 of 2 groups. They had Cordyceps militaris (1 g) or enhanced SOD Cordyceps militaris (Cordyceps militaris 1 g and SOD 1 g) each day during 14 days. The change of electric potential difference of kidney, lung, spleen and liver meridians were analyzed. The results showed that: Cordyceps militaris has strong anti-oxidative capacity and thermal stability; Cordyceps militaris and enhanced SOD Cordyceps militaris decreased the electric potential difference of kidney meridian, which conformed to the reported effects of Cordyceps militaris.
