    抑郁症是引起全球疾病负担的主因之一,已成为重要的公共卫生问题,其发生、发展与肠道菌群密切相关。近年来,因乳酸菌对抑郁症等神经精神疾病具有改善作用而备受关注。对精神疾病有改善作用的微生物则被称为“精神益生菌”,主要包括乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属和肠球菌属。本文概述了肠道菌群与抑郁症的关系,抗抑郁乳酸菌的种类以及乳酸菌对抑郁症的改善作用及机制,旨在为乳酸菌抗抑郁的研究及其产品开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Depression is one of the leading causes of disease burden worldwide, and is an important public-health problem. Occurrence and development of depression is closely associated with the gut microbiota. In recent years, particular attention has been paid to lactic acid bacteria for their potential to improve neuropsychiatric disorders such as depression. A psychobiotic was defined as a live organism that, when ingested in adequate amounts, produces a health benefit in patients suffering from psychiatric illness. Strains of lactic acid bacteria with anti-depression activity belong to the genera Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Enterococcus. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview on the relationship between intestinal microbiota and depression, the genus and species of anti-depressant lactic acid bacteria, and the improvement and mechanism of lactic acid bacteria on depression, aiming to provide a useful guidance for the anti-depressant of lactic acid bacteria and the development of products containing lactic acid bacteria.
