      本研究分析38株分离自不同年龄人群粪便样品的长双歧杆菌的体外生物学特性,包括体外生长特性、糖发酵特性、产短链脂肪酸能力、胞外多糖产量和胞外多糖合成关键酶——pGT酶的序列比对以及进化分析,分析结果显示,来源于不同年龄人群的菌株在生物学特性方面存在差异。婴幼儿来源的长双歧杆菌多数可以利用甘露糖,而成年人来源的菌株则多数不能利用甘露糖,并且婴幼儿源菌株的表面胞外多糖产量显著少于老年人来源的菌株。系统进化分析结果表明,婴幼儿源菌株的pGT酶C端氨基酸序列呈部分聚类趋势。

      This study analyzed the biological properties of 38 Bifidobacterium longum strains isolated from host with different ages, including growth curve, carbohydrate fermentation test, short-chain fatty acid composition, production of exopolysaccharide and alignment and phylogenetic analysis of priming glycosyltransferase. The results showed that infant originated strains were mostly able to ferment mannose, but adult originated strains were mostly not able to ferment mannose. In addition, we found that the production of cell-surface-bound EPS of infant originated strains were lower than adult originated strains, especially elder originated strains. Finally, the phylogenetic analysis of amino acid sequence of priming glycosyltransferase indicated that infant originated strains were largely clustered together.
