    为优化婴儿配方奶粉喷雾干燥塔内附聚造粒工艺,采用单因素试验分别研究进风温度、喷枪附聚角度、奶液质量分数和喷嘴孔径对婴儿配方奶粉速溶性和粉体粒度分布的影响,并在此基础上,以喷枪附聚角度、奶液质量分数和喷嘴孔径为考察因素,婴儿配方奶粉分散度和0~50 μm粉体颗粒体积占比为响应值,应用Box-Behnken设计方法对婴儿配方奶粉附聚造粒工艺进行三因素三水平响应面分析。结果表明,喷枪附聚角度、喷嘴孔径及其交互作用对婴儿配方奶粉分散度和0~50 μm粉体颗粒体积占比有显著影响,最佳附聚造粒工艺条件为:喷枪附聚角度11.4°,奶液质量分数55%,喷嘴孔径1.85 mm,进风温度180 ℃,该条件下婴儿配方奶粉的分散度为86.16%,0~50 μm粉体颗粒体积占比为2.82%,达到理想速溶性要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the agglomeration process of infant formula milk powder in the spray drying tower, single-factor experiments on the effects of inlet air temperature, spray lance angle, milk concentration and nozzle orifice diameter on the instant solubility and particle size distribution of infant formula were investigated, and response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken design was utilized to optimize the conditions of three main independent variables, including spray lance angle, milk concentration and nozzle orifice diameter for the dispersibility and 0~50 μm particles volume percentage of infant formula. The results showed that spray lance angle, nozzle orifice diameter and their interaction had significant effects, the optimum agglomeration process conditions were as follows: spray lance angle 11.4°, milk concentration 55%, nozzle orifice diameter 1.85 mm and inlet air temperature 180 ℃. Under these conditions, the dispersibility and 0~50 μm particles volume percentage of infant formula were 86.16% and 2.82%, respectively.
