超声辅助提取茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯的富集条件优化

    摘要:

    拟除虫菊酯在体内积蓄会对人体神经和皮肤产生危害,甚至会产生突变,引起出生缺陷及癌症。高效氯氟氰菊酯是一类典型菊酯类杀虫剂,在食品中的残留量已经引起公众的普遍关注。本文将超声提取前处理技术与高效液相色谱技术相结合,建立用于检测茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯的残留。最佳超声条件为:料液比1 ∶ 10(g/mL)、超声功率80 kHz、超声时间40 min、超声温度20 ℃。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯在1~100 μg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99716,定量限和检出限分别为1 μg/L和0.2 μg/L。采用空白基质匹配标准溶液的方法进行标准校正,高效氯氟氰菊酯的平均回收率在76%~103%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.853%。

    Abstract:

    Pyrethroid accumulation in body will cause harm to human nerves and skin, and even mutation, resulting in birth defects and cancer. λ-Cyhalothrin is a typical pyrethroid insecticide, and the residue in food has attracted widespread public attention. An analytical method was established for the determination of λ-cyhalothrin residues in tea by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic conditions was chosen Inertsil ODS-C18(150 mm × 4.6 mm, 4.6 μm), chromatographic column using water (1% formic acid) -methanol (15 ∶ 85, V/V) as mobile phases, detection wavelength was 210 nm and velocity was 0.5 mL/min. The optimum ultrasonic conditions are as follows: the ratio of material to liquid is 1 ∶ 10 (g/mL), the ultrasonic power is 80 kHz, the ultrasonic time is 40 min, and the ultrasonic temperature is 20 ℃. The results showed that the linear range of λ-cyhalothrin was 1~100 μg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The average recoveries ranged from 76% to 103% with relative standard deviation less than 3.853%, the LOD and LOQ were 0.2 μg/L and 1 μg/L, respectively.
