      探讨去凝集素芸豆粉对四氧嘧啶(ALX)糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖及抗氧化作用。分别采用掺有不同含量去凝集素芸豆粉的复合饲料饲喂ALX糖尿病模型小鼠28 d,期间连续测定小鼠血糖水平,观察小鼠日常状态。实验结束后,测定小鼠葡萄糖耐量、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与丙二醛(MDA)含量。与正常对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠体重升高程度、葡萄糖耐受量、SOD与GSH-Px均显著降低(p < 0.05),血糖水平与MDA水平显著升高(p < 0.05)。与模型对照组比较,去凝集素云豆粉中、高剂量组小鼠体重升高程度、葡萄糖耐受量、SOD与GSH-Px显著增加(p < 0.05),血糖水平与MDA水平显著降低(p < 0.05)。结果表明去凝集素芸豆粉具有较好的降血糖与抗氧化作用,中、高剂量效果最好。

      To investigate the effects of kidney bean puffed powder by hytohaemagglutinin-free on hypoglycemic effect and antioxidant capacity in ALX-diabetic mice. The diabetes models mice were fed fodders containing different contents of the kidney bean puffed powder by hytohaemagglutinin-free for 28 d, and the blood glucose level and status in mice were observed continuously in the total feeding period. The levels of glucose tolerance, SOD, GSH-Px and MDA of blood serum were measured after the end of the experiment. Compared with normal control group, the weight gain levels, glucose tolerance, SOD and GSH-Px in diabetes model groups were decreased significantly(p < 0.05), and the blood glucose and MDA were increased significantly(p < 0.05). Compared with model control group, the weight gain levels, glucose tolerance, SOD and GSH-Px in the medium dose and high dose kidney bean puffed powder by hytohaemagglutinin-free groups were increased significantly(p < 0.05), and the blood glucose and MDA were decreased significantly(p < 0.05). The results shown that the kidney bean puffed powder by hytohaemagglutinin-free had better hypoglycemic effect and antioxidant capacity, and the effects of medium dose and high dose were best.
