石莼功能性低聚糖对小鼠免疫调节与抗氧化活性影响及其机制研究

摘要:
目的:研究石莼功能性低聚糖对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫修复与调节作用。方法:以环磷酰胺诱导建立免疫低下小鼠模型,测定石莼功能性低聚糖对免疫低下小鼠的免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫及体内抗氧化效果的影响。结果:与模型组比,石莼功能性低聚糖能显著抑制免疫低下小鼠脾脏和胸腺的萎缩,促进ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞的增殖,提高NK细胞的杀伤活性、血清溶血素水平及抗体生成细胞水平(p<0.05或p<0.01);显著提高免疫低下小鼠肝脏中抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-PX和SOD的水平,有效降低脂质过氧化物MDA含量(p<0.05),其中纯品高剂量组(1000 mg/kg.bw.d)的效果最好。结论:石莼功能性低聚糖能有效拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫功能的抑制作用,提高免疫抑制小鼠的抗氧化功能。

Study on Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharides immunomodulatory and antioxidant activity in mice and its mechanisms

Abstract:
Objective:To study the immune restoration and regulation effects of Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharide in immunosuppressed mice.Methods:The immunosuppressed mice model induced by cyclophosphamide.The effects of crude and pure of Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharide on immune organs index,cellular immunity,body fluid immunity and in-vivo antioxidation were determined.Results:compared with immunosuppressive model mice group,the Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharide can significantly inhibit the atrophy of the spleen and thymus,promote T lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA,improve the NK cell activity,the serum hemolysin level and the antibody-forming cell level in immunosuppressed mice(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Also it can significantly increase the activities of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX in hepatic tissue of mice meanwhile reduces the MDA production(p<0.05).The high-dose group(1000 mg/kg.bw.d)of pure samples which have best immune enhancement effect.Conclusions:Ulva lactuca functional oligosaccharide can effectively antagonize cyclophosphamide induced immune suppression in mice and enhance antioxidant function in immunosuppressed mice.
