      为了解决牛油果大小头自动定向问题,方便牛油果采后分级加工包装,该文对牛油果定向运动进行了单因素试验和正交试验,探讨了牛油果大小头自动定向运动规律,分析了牛油果定向装置最佳工作参数。试验结果表明,分列翻转式禽蛋大小头自动定向技术对牛油果进行定向是可行的。牛油果定向运动中的轴向运动规律符合交错轴摩擦轮机构的传动原理,翻转运动规律符合凸轮机构的传动原理。牛油果定向运动参数中水平偏转角与输送辊间距、转动线速度呈负相关,与输送辊直径呈正相关;轴向运动位移与输送辊间距呈负相关,与输送辊转动线速度呈正相关;翻滚距离、导向杆作用距离和侧偏角与输送辊间距呈负相关,与导向杆弯曲角度呈正相关,侧偏角与输送辊直径呈负相关,建立了牛油果轴向运动和翻转运动参数的理论计算方法。确定了最佳装置工作参数为输送辊材质尼龙、输送辊直径40 mm、输送辊间距30 mm、输送辊转动线速度/输送速度70 mm/s、导向杆弯曲角度30°。为牛油果定向装置的设计和优化提供理论依据,为卵形体水果定向问题提供参考。

      The automatic orientation of pointed end and blunt end of avocado should be solved, which can facilitate the grading, processing and packaging of postharvest avocado. The single factor and orthogonal experiments of automatic orientation on avocado were analyzed, and the regulations of automatic orientation motion of pointed end and blunt end were discussed. The optimal working parameters of automatic orientation device were analyzed. The results showed that automatic orientation technology with the dividing-turnover type of eggs is feasible for avocados. The axial motion of avocado accords with the theory of the friction wheel drive with alternating axis, and the turnover motion accords with the transmission principle of cam, which belongs to the regulation of automatic orientation motion. The horizontal deflection angle negatively correlated with the spacing between convey rollers, and the rotational velocity of them, but positively correlated with the diameter of convey rollers. The displacement of the axial motion negatively correlated with the convey roller spacing, but positively correlated with the rotational velocity of convey rollers. The rolling distance, the distance of guide rod and the side-slip angle negatively correlated with the spacing between convey rollers, and positively correlated with the bending angle of guide rod. The side-slip angle negatively correlated with the diameter of convey roller. The theoretical calculation methods of axial and turnover movement of avocados were established. The optimal parameters for device were determined: the convey material was nylon, the diameter of convey roller was 40 mm, the spacing between convey rollers was 30 mm, the velocity of convey roller rotation was 70 mm/s and the bending angle of the guide rod was 30°. The theory about the design and optimization of directional devices of avocados is provided, and the reference on orientation problems of ovoid fruit is offered.
