    摘要:

    采用微波辅助技术提取紫苏籽精油,在紫苏籽精油出油率指标的基础上,应用Box-Behnken设计方法对实验影响因素进行评价,通过响应面二次多项式模型对紫苏籽精油的微波辅助提取工艺予以优化。最终优化所得各实验影响因素参数:体积分数70 %乙醇为提取溶剂,预浸提处理45 min,微波时间 8 min,微波功率523 W,料液比 9:1。在此工艺条件下,紫苏籽精油实际出油率为38.02%与预期理论值38.12 %吻合度较好,优于传统索氏提取;气相色谱可知:该种紫苏籽精油不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,α-亚麻酸含量为64.41%。

    Abstract:

    Microwave assisted extraction of essential oil from Perilla seeds, based on the yield index of Perilla seed oil, Box-Behnken design was applied to evaluate the effects of three independent variables. The correlation analysis of mathematical-regression models indicated that quadratic polynomial model could be employed to optimize the microwave assisted extraction of Perilla seed oil. The optimum extraction parameters were as follows: Ethanol as the extraction solvent (70 %), microwave pre-invasion treatment time of 45 min, microwave time of 8 min, microwave power of 523 W, and liquid-solid ratio of 9:1. Under these conditions, the Perilla seed actual essential oil yield was 38.02%, which well matches with the predicted value of 38.12 %, which was better than the traditional Soxhlet extraction. The GC-MS shows that, this kind of Perilla seed essential oil has higher unsaturated fatty acid content,and the content of alpha linolenic acid was 64.41%.
