Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of mung bean petides (MBPs) on RAW264.7 macrophage proliferation, glycogen, nucleic acid content, acid and enzyme effects, lysozyme (LZM), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and cytokines were studied. Use MBPs individually or in different concentration of different concentrations of MBPs and LPS jointly handle RAW264.7 macrophages. The results show that the MBPs can promote the proliferation of RAW264.7 macrophages, intracellular glycogen dyeing and nuclear DNA and cytoplasmic RNA in dyeing. MBPs can significantly promote the ATPase activity, significantly enhance LZM, SOD activity and cytokine secretion in RAW264.7 macrophages. The index above decreased caused by LPS overstimulation can be return to nearly normal by using MBPs. The MPBs can alleviate the inhibitory effect of LPS on macrophage proliferation, acidase ATPase, lysozyme (LZM) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and down-regulate the expression of LPS-induced proinflammatory cytokines.
