In order to observe the effect of dietary fiber on the contents of vitamin A and calcium in the blood of rats， Wistar rats were fed with common feed and the insoluble soybean dietary fiber. The results showed that the intake behavior of rats was inhibited and the satiety was increased， and the weight gain of rats was inhibited， so as to achieve the effect of weight control. But the contents of vitamin A and calcium in blood of rats in decreased， the rats fed daily dietary fiber intake of 500 mg/kg every day， in 55th day， the weight of rats in the blank group accounted for only 78.38%， at the same time， vitamin A in the blood decreased by 35.80%， calcium reduced by 51.21%.
