Through the comparison of the similarities and differences of the ingredients and materials， manufacturing and processing technology， as well as regulations of Zongzi and similar products in Asian countries， the scope， definition， physical and chemical indicators of the Codex regional standard for Zongzi were analyzed and discussed， aimed to give some suggestions to the development of this standard.
