This paper aimed to investigate the effects of the vegetable jiaosu complex on the intestinal flora of healthy youths and provide guidance for the consumption of jiaosu products. 26 healthy youths without exogenous antibiotics or fecal microbiota transplants consumed the vegetable Jiaosu complex for 14 days. Fecal samples were taken at days 0， 7， and 14， and the flora in each group was measured by high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that the structure and abundance of intestinal flora changed in healthy youths with continuous intake of the vegetable jiaosu complex. At the phylum and genus taxonomic levels， the structure and abundance of the intestinal flora of healthy youths were significantly different at days 0， 7， and 14 compared to each other； the abundance and structure of the flora gradually returned to that of day 0 at day 14. The PICRUSt2 and KEGG databases were analyzed， and similar patterns of change were found in the functional structures corresponding to the abundance and structure of the flora. The results of this study provide a theoretical reference to clarify the effect of enzymes on human intestinal flora.
