    目的:探究母乳、婴儿配方奶粉(IMF)、牛乳中脂溶性营养素含量的差异,以及饲养方式、生产厂商及生产月份对牛乳中脂溶性营养素含量的影响。方法:选取不同婴儿配方奶粉(IMF)、草饲奶、谷饲奶,通过皂化萃取的方法提取出其中的脂溶性营养物质,采用安捷伦1260超高效液相色谱仪分离、检测。结果:对于脂溶性营养素,母乳中叶黄素(70.23 μg/L)、玉米黄质(18.41 μg/L)、β-胡萝卜素(23.78 μg/L)的含量显著高于IMF;两者维生素A的含量接近。草饲奶中叶黄素(22.19 μg/L)、玉米黄质(4.01 μg/L)、β-胡萝卜素(207.73 μg/L)的含量显著高于谷饲奶;两者维生素A的含量比较接近。生产时间对叶黄素、玉米黄质、β-胡萝卜素及α-生育酚的含量影响较大,而对维生素A含量几乎没有影响。生产厂商对除α-生育酚以外的脂溶性营养素含量影响很小。结论:研究结果表明从脂溶性营养素的角度看,草饲奶比谷饲奶具有更高的营养价值,相较于谷饲奶,草饲奶营养素含量更加接近于母乳,这为开发尽可能接近母乳脂溶性营养成分的婴儿配方奶粉(IMF)提供了研究方向。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the differences of fat-soluble nutrients in breast milk, infant formula(IMF) and milk, and the effects of feeding style, brand and production month on the content of fat-soluble nutrients in milk. Methods: Different infant formula(IMF), grass-fed milk and grain fed milk were selected to extract the fat-soluble nutrients by saponification extraction method, and Agilent 1260 ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used to separate and detect them. Results: For fat-soluble nutrients, the contents of lutein (70.23 μg/L), zeaxanthin (18.41 μg/L) and beta-carotene (23.78 μg/L) in breast milk were significantly higher than those of IMF; Both have similar levels of vitamin A. The contents of lutein (22.19 μg/L), zeaxanthin (4.01 μg/L) and beta-carotene (207.73 μg/L) in grass-fed milk were significantly higher than those in grain-fed milk. The contents of vitamin A are similar between the two. For total sialic acid, the amount in IMF was lower than in mature breast milk, but there was no significant difference between grass-fed and grain-fed milk. Production month had significant effects on the contents of lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene and alpha-tocopherol, but had little effect on the content of vitamin A; Brand had little effect on the content of fat-soluble nutrients other than alpha-tocopherol. Conclusion: The results of this study show that grass-fed milk has higher nutritional value than grain-fed milk from the perspective of fat-soluble nutrients. Compared with grain-fed milk, the nutrient content of grass-fed milk is closer to that of breast milk, which also provides a research direction for developing infant formula milk powder (IMF) that is as close as possible to the fat-soluble nutrients of breast milk.
