The management of raw materials for health foods is a key and difficult point in the registration and record-keeping management of health foods. This paper sorts out the concepts and material management methods of health food in the United States， Canada， the European Union， South Korea， Japan and Australia， and puts forward specific suggestions from learning foreign management experience based on the current situation of raw materials for health foods in China. The purpose of this study is to improve the regulation of management of raw materials and better service for the registration and record-keeping of health food products in China.
