    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the public awareness of food labeling, and make suggestions on food labeling management. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted among consumers, 5975 results were collected and analyzed. Results: Consumers have insufficient understanding on food labeling, and the food labeling contents are not standardized enough. Conclusions: The publicity of food safety knowledge should be strengthened, and the quality of food labeling and the management of food labeling should be improved.
