    Abstract:

The diets affect the physiological functions via nutrients within them. This is the result of the combined action of multiple nutrients. Therefore, it is important to examine the impact of nutrient interactions on the physiological health from multiple aspects. Nutritional geometry theory, as an innovative method, simulates and quantifies the effects of macronutrients and energy on various physiological parameters, health and disease by mapping the relationship between nutrient intake and health outcomes. The framework is dedicated to studying the effects of two or more nutrients on various physiological functions and has provided the most beneficial dietary plan for human health.
